"If I had the option to give a negative 5 star I would. Whoever responded from this branch is very rude and has no knowledge of customer service. This guy has the worst attitude and I hope the HQ educates this guy. I never in my life had someone hang up on me, especially from a Round Table employee.I asked to send me a refund invoice to my email because the pizza that I ordered online was supposed to be delivered by 5:30 PM. At 5:30, I called this branch and said they 'd arrive in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called them for an ETA and their new ETA changes to 30 more min for being busy . That 's when I told them that I 'd like to cancel and get refund. Whoever was on the phone apologized and stated a refund will be processed. 15 minutes later I get a call from the delivery man saying that he 's almost here. This tells me that they did not communicate to each other and the refund was not processed. I called back this branch and asked for a refund. Only heard excuses that they are too busy and no apologies. In the midst of asking for a refund the guy hangs up on me.I 'm just hoping to receive my refund because I basically paid for being disrespected."
