"Food for me good as always, I’m a customer for rally from months, But i don’t feel like going back again with the same employees there, i ordered my food and i asked the lady on the window if she added my fully loaded fries, she said yes and said some few words that i couldn’t really gave attention too , ended up her words with i understand what you are saying, she was rude, for me i respect bit i just was shocked with the the price because it’s a good price, then she told the other employee that i think she didn’t understand what i ordered, and finally when i got my order and open it at home, she made me sure that she didn’t understand what i wanted, so i didn’t really get what i really wanted, and i didn’t get my drink with the meal. Experience comes with the time, the most important is the respect to your customers Thank you rally’s, not the employees"
