"Gracie was our server on NYE morning, and she was fabulous! We knew what we wanted, but we always like to hear our servers' pov on the menu turns out, we were planning to order exactly what she suggested, and it did not disappoint! We had the fresh Valencia OJ and a glass of the Mango Pineapple Orange juice, lemon pancakes (omg, yum! , crispy brown sugar bacon, and a hot honey chicken sandwich it was amazing! Gracie took great care of us and even sent us off with the most delicious piece of pastry for dessert! It, too, was simply delicious! Thank you Beatrix, thank you Gracie! We'll definitely be back! Happy New Year!"

"We are longtime LEYE fans and love Beatrix. But, for us, the volume of the high energy music played on the patio interferes with having an enjoyable meal. I don’t think we’ll be back to Beatrix’s patio. Sumerhouse and Oakville (both of which we have visited this summer) are better options for us. Today, we also found the music across the street at Publican was more consistent with enjoying a nice meal. Yet, we appreciated the food and wonderful service we enjoyed today. Our only problem (which we made known politely three times) was please lower the volume. They did following the third request to a level that still allowed the music to be enjoyed. For that, thank you."

"Went as a senior group so had family style lunch. your staff kept refilling our plates. They were so accommodating They were so efficient especially the young girl who took care of us a very pretty petite girl. We had a delicious salad and buffalo chicken meatball and then pappardelle and beef then chicken enchilada’s with sides if condiments. Finally the Carmel pie which has no words to describe. We were with Wheaton park district and seating was comfortable and spacious I won’t be going all the way downtown. But I will now be going to Oak Brook. "This restaurant is not an ideal choice for a date night. It was overly loud and uncomfortably warm, likely due to the air conditioning being either off or malfunctioning. Although we had a reservation, a large group stood far too close to our table, which felt intrusive. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, so their proximity was unnecessary, causing us to change seats just to gain a bit of space. We opted for drinks (Spirit Flights), which were enjoyable, along with a cheese plate that was also good. However, we chose to leave before ordering a meal because the noise level was too distracting and we felt cramped by that group."
