"Owen stood far from our table when taking our order and gestured from a distance to hand over the menu, bring drinks, and refill our water. If he were considerate of COVID guidelines, he would have worn a mask. He seemed unfamiliar with the menu and appeared indifferent to our needs. He did not check in on us at all during the appetizer or entrée courses. When our plates were cleared, he began to leave without removing the appetizers. I had to ask the runner to take away the dirty utensils, which he did, but we then received fresh cutlery and napkins from another table, as none were provided to us between courses."
