"My experience at Imperial was fantastic! The server was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious. I visited with my wife after spending some time at the Ecology Wracking Hof. I discovered this place on Yelp and was excited to try their Sopapillas! I'd heard about them but had never had the chance to taste one. I ordered my first Pork and Green Chili Sopapilla, and I absolutely loved it! My wife chose the Beef and Red Chili Sopapilla, and she really enjoyed it as well—the meat was flavorful, and the dough was wonderfully soft. She wasn't able to finish her meal, so I took the leftovers home, and they were still delicious later that evening! I almost forgot to mention the side salad or extra topping that came with our meals; it was really tasty! It had a creamy sauce with a bit of a kick, possibly mixed with some chili, and it was simply delightful. I can't wait to come back and try the sweet sopapillas!"
