"Every time I order from Currito , I never usually have any issues. I always order a side of chips with my order. Tonight, I placed an order through my app like I always do. I paid $2.39 for a side of chips, as always. I receive my order, bring it backto work with me, open my bag there was literally 10 chips in my bag. 10! When I called the store to let them know becausemaybe someone is bagging the chips incorrectly, Christian the shift manager answers the phone. When I tell him about my problem,he apologized then tells me the chip bags are made by weight, which is fine. Then continues to tell me ?theyve decreased theirweight? on the chip bags. So tell me, how much would 10 chips weigh? Probably none? He didn?t even offer for me to come back get a new bag or nothing.. that?s also poor customer service. I don?t know, seems a little ridiculous to me."
