"I tried the cheesesteak because, for some inexplicable reason, I've struggled to find a good cheesesteak nearby. Why is it so hard to season the meat properly? Thankfully, the team at Jefferson Market understands this, and I finally found the place to satisfy my craving. I'm not sure if they seasoned the meat or if it absorbed residual flavors from the griddle, but honestly, I don't care. Each bite was a delight with a perfect blend of beef, peppers, onions, and mushrooms cheering me on.
Don’t think I’m giving them five stars based on just one sandwich — I also had a sizable bite of my wife’s chicken cutlet sandwich, which was equally tasty. While the chicken didn’t quite taste like a homemade cutlet, it was fried to perfection and quite enjoyable. I’ve tried my share of frozen cutlets, and I can confidently say this one was among the best.
Overall, despite my disappointment that the fries didn't make it home hot, I have to give credit where it’s due. I'll definitely be ordering more sandwiches from here, and I hope I never need to change this review. Buon Appetito!"
