"I enjoyed my experience at Casey's and decided to place a pickup order through the app. I ordered a Turkey Club sub, but unfortunately, the bacon was burnt instead of just crispy—a detail I didn't realize I had to specify. I used my Casey's cash and paid with my credit card, and now I feel quite cheated. I expected a better sandwich for my order. I have a 12-inch sub, and I've only eaten half of it as I wait for a response regarding this issue. It’s frustrating that I have to take the time to write this review and then go back to sort out getting a replacement or a refund. On a positive note, the deli counter staff was very nice, as they usually are, but I'm extremely disappointed with this food item. Casey's really needs to address this situation!"
