"Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Mountain Mike's Pizza in Cameron Park. I received the wrong pizza order, and when I got home and realized it was not what I had ordered, I called the restaurant to speak with the owner/manager about it. Instead of helping me, the owner argued that they had made the pizza exactly as I specified. However, while my receipt was correct, the pizza did not match my order, which only seemed to frustrate her further. She offered to make me a new pizza, but insisted that I would need to drive back to return the incorrect one. Not wanting to go back out into the cold, I requested a refund to my card or a free pizza for my next order instead. She became upset, refused my request, and then hung up on me. This was a very disappointing experience and poor business practice. I will not be returning to Mountain Mike's Pizza in Cameron Park."
