"they were here twice and had both paintings very different experiences. the first time we went for a special occasion and loved him. eating was amazing (minus the tiramisu, which was excessively soggy) and the service was very friendly. when the parents of my partner came to the city, we decided to take it and it was the exact opposite experience. the personal was quite cold and we felt like we almost rushed out of the moment when we sat at our table, although they were not busy (more tables open all the time when we were there) and we had a reservation. more importantly, eating was not what we had experienced for the first time. we ordered the ravioli marsala at both locations and while we were blown away, how good it was the first time that we ate it, it wasn't almost the second time. we also tried the chocolate mousse, and it was served as a liquid instead of a certain mousse. I think that the lack of consistency in food and services will prevent us from coming back."
