"The staff at the drive-thru were very friendly. However, the hamburger I ordered was terrible. It seemed like the meat was cooked, frozen, and reheated multiple times - it was that bad. There was an overwhelming amount of mustard on the burger, masking any other flavors (which may have been intentional). The onion rings were okay, but edible enough since I was hungry. I might return for an ice cream treat in the future, but I will never order a beef item again."

"I was sooo happy and surprised to see this location actually serves food! But, then was disappointed to see that the food isn't like their original menus from their restaurants in Texas where they have the DQ Dude or the yummy other burgers. Had to Google to find out that's bcz they have a line strictly called Texas Foods. Ok, I got over that and ordered mini blizzard and paid the whopping high price of almost $5 for a tiny cup of chocolate ice cream that was passed off as a blizzard. "I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I placed an order through their delivery website, only to find that my full order didn’t arrive. When I called to address the issue, I was told it wasn’t their problem. After paying $30 in delivery fees, I went to pick up my order, only to find non-employees loitering with the staff. When I asked about my order, they showed me it was sitting in the pickup area, which clearly indicated they hadn't ensured it was given to the driver. "I have always loved Buddy's but not so much now. The food is still okay but the customer service is horrendous. The employees (the majority of them) are rude and hateful. My 82 year old dad was treated so bad by the cashier and he was only asking a question about the order. You will wait in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and inside at least 45 minutes. "Had the all you can eat ribs. This was the first time I wished I could eat more than I can. The ribs were meaty with just the right amount of smokiness to their flavor. I ate way too many and was stuffed to the gills but the discomfort was worth it. Their fries brought me back to the crisp hot fries of my youth.
