"Walked in to frosty twist last night to find a homeless person asleep on the couch, the floor and counter covered in toppings, and was ignored by the staff. I want to thank the staff for ignoring me and my wife, giving us an opportunity to leave rather than be in that building a moment longer. The staff deserves proper training, however the owner/manager she be removed from the store. They have failed in such a spectacular way it prompted me to leave my very first negative online review"
