"I had the misfortune of dining at this steakhouse in New York City, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The highlight of the meal was the appetizers, which were passable at best. Unfortunately, it all went downhill from there.I ordered a steak for a staggering $185, only to be served a cold and tasteless slab of meat. It was obvious that the chef had not put any effort into cooking it properly, and it was a complete waste of money. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he was completely unhelpful and offered to take my friend's cheaper steak off the bill instead of addressing the issue with my own.To add insult to injury, the manager promised me 2 free desserts for my birthday, which I was celebrating at the restaurant. However, when the bill came, I saw that I had been charged for the desserts. It was disappointing and frustrating, especially given the subpar meal I had already endured.Overall, this restaurant was a complete waste of time, money, and celebration. The food was inedible, the service was terrible, and the management was completely dishonest. I would strongly advise anyone against dining here, as you will only be left disappointed and ripped off. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere."
