"Our bill came to nearly $600, and throughout our meal, no one checked in on us to see if we needed anything or how our food was. This was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. We had praised Sibley Gardens to our family, as it was my husband's choice for this significant birthday, but it turned out to be a serious mistake. The food presentation was quite disappointing: the meat ravioli were enormous, measuring about 4x4 inches, and looked like something a child had made. The shrimp fettuccine had just four shrimp on top, and the scallops were similarly sparse with only four pieces. My tenderloin was served on a plain white plate for $48, and the only other item I received was a salad—no vegetables or any accompaniment to complement the meat on that large plate. The salmon was served in the same lackluster manner. Overall, the presentation was far too minimal and unappealing. If Sibley’s continues down this path of meager portions and poor service, they likely won't last long. The food was subpar, and the service was even worse. If given the chance to do it over, we definitely wouldn’t choose Sibley Gardens. We won’t be returning, nor will we recommend it to anyone—this experience was a significant waste of money! On a side note, the restaurant's accessibility for those with wheelchairs or walkers is very poor, with a long distance from the parking lot to the front door and then an inconvenient layout to enter the dining areas. Overall, it was a frustrating experience for everyone involved. "

"Between our trips to Las Vegas, The Gal and I like to check some local talents here in Phoenix – but we need to be careful as we are both professionals and we need to keep our anonymity. A good 30 minutes from us on Thomas and 32nd Street is Bourbon Street. A few months ago we met another Phoenix couple at the Palomino Club in Vegas and gave this club a glowing overview – so we decided to see ourselves. Since the Palomino is the standard with which we judge all the clubs we attend, it is only natural that we compare and contrast, based on what we consider the “Couples Gold Standard” of Stripclubs. I called before, asked about any kind of packages available and the hours that the club was inclined to be busy. They seem to answer the phone outside the actual club hours (at least they picked up my call at 10:00. The woman at the other end of the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. I was informed that there were no packages, but VIP services were available. More later. Location and parking Directly at 51 in South Phoenix, Bourbon Street is quite easy to reach. Google Maps looks like you want to turn off a side street to get into the parking lot, but both entrances are directly from Thomas. We were warned that the area looks a bit fun (and to be honest, it does. The exteriors of the club will not win any awards – there is no real aesthetic to speak; have no topics or branding really here. Nothing is wrong with it (after all, what is it about you, but after the presentation of Christie's Cabaret? Maybe we spoiled something. Parking is free and abundant. We did not see any sketchy elements coming (about 7 o'clock or going (about midnight). It is pretty well lit and feels safe enough; neither my wife nor I felt uncomfortable there. As with most clubs there is a large floor and a bar. A wall is filled with six TVs (three flanks left and right of the main stage – various sports and television games (The Gal and I do not prefer to be distracted; we love it when clubs have music videos and things that embrace the dancers; do not draw your attention away from them and most of the seats are equally designed at all glances. The floor is very open and has about 30-40 tables (is there something special, which makes “Stab Club chairs”? I swear, every club has the same pairless seats – free advice? Check out a table-friendly couple “love seat” and the bar would probably accommodate 20-25 people. Similar to Alaska Bush Co. here in Phoenix, there are three stages in Bourbon Street; a main, larger stage and mini stages on each end of the floor. When we arrived there, only the main stage and "Stage 3" were open. The dancers begin on the main stage, then move each song on stage 2 and finally stage 3. The music was very diverse; from pop to rock and some hip hop and you will hear songs from the 90s. This will probably be a shutdown for some people, but we appreciate the diversity in all things. One thing most reviews do not discuss are things like the bathrooms. There are no participants here (for better or worse and the women's bath is literally on the other side of the dancer dressing room (i.e. you have to go through). Great if you are a bisexual lady like The Gal here, but also so – my wife felt that she was a bit invasive to go to the bathroom. Remarkable that the ladies room has 3 stands and both of us decided that the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The rest of this review can be found on our Couple From Phoenix website (Google it)."

"My husband and I like to take day trips and scout out new microbreweries. A month or so ago we landed at this place for some beers and loved it! We came back yesterday for the same and to try out the food that looked and smelled so good. It was just as great as the first time. Both the food and beer are delish! The gorgeous facility can't be beat. From the high ceilings, huge windows, wooden floor and wide open space it's a place to kick back with your partner, friends or family to enjoy their company and the experience. Some folks here have complained about having to order at the ordering center rather than having table service. Usually, I would agree, but not in this case. The staff are very attentive and were willing both times to bring another beer when removing the empty glasses from the table. Granted, it was just the two of us so it was much easier for them rather a full table, but it wasn't expected and was certainly appreciated. Furthermore, by not having an assigned waiter/tress, we didn't feel rushed with having to leave the second we swallowed our last bite so that the table could be flipped. I'm not complaining because I know what it's like to work for tips, but as long as there were open tables, we know we weren't holding up a table. It's a great feeling. The waitstaff circulated throughout the place and I can only assume share the tips equally. Without a question, this has become one of our favorite places to grab good beer and good food. We also appreciate having the tables nicely spaced apart from one another in the time of covid, as well as the staff wearing masks."
