"My sister and I had a disappointing experience today at a restaurant I used to enjoy before the pandemic. The female waitress, who had long black hair and was about 5'4" with prominent lips, was extremely rude. Although we arrived early for our reservation, we had difficulty finding parking due to the restaurant's small lot. My sister went inside to ask about parking, but the waitress brusquely told her we couldn't be seated until both of us were present and disregarded her question altogether. When I arrived a few minutes later, I confronted the waitress about her behavior. In response, she acted aggressively in Korean, stating it was our responsibility to find parking, and pretended not to remember speaking to my sister while avoiding eye contact. After witnessing her immature behavior, we decided to leave and went to the restaurant next door, Illbunjee. I am shocked by how they treat their customers and strongly encourage them to reconsider their staff hiring practices. I also recall that she was rude over the phone when I made the initial reservation."
