"SOUTH MIAMI, FL ? This restaurant has a nice history. First, it was Casa Larios, founded by Quintín and María Teresa Larios who later opened up Larios on the Beach with their celebrity partners Emilio and Gloria Estefan. . After several years, theysold Casa Larios and became Casa Cuba. . The brand took on a new style, still with the Cuban flair, but with a new twist. InMiami where about 70% of restaurants big and small serve Cuban food, it?s hard to stand out; to create a unique ambiance andidentity for your brand. . Some of Casa Cuba?s dishes have a great presentation, others have a plain look. But all of them havea great taste, no doubt about that. . The staff are courteous, polite and professional; well-dressed and ready to accommodateall guests who walk through the door. . The restaurant has done a great job with their interior décor, keeping it simple withneutral colors and clean. But, in my humble opinion, the exteriors would benefit with a new look and façade. Also, theirinterior air conditioner was on full blast which makes it colder than normal inside and the food gets colder a lot quicker, soyou can?t enjoy it slowly. . ? D?V?
