"Upon being seated, customers are greeted by a friendly staff and served with chips and salsa. I recommend trying the guacamole and their delicious tacos. They offer options for various dietary preferences. I tried the veggie taco and the flower cabbage taco, and enjoyed both. Customers can order tacos individually or as a plate with rice and beans. Don't forget to try their classic margarita. I initially came for margaritas and food, tried a few items on the menu in the city, and ended up coming back for more margaritas because they were so good!"

"We visited this restaurant for the first time on Saturday. We got invited by family and our party was over 20+. As far as the food goes it was just okay. The issue that we had was with the waitress. From the moment that we arrived she had a huge attitude. There was not enough tables for us to fit and instead of the staff helping us rearrange the tables to have more seating, my father in law and brother in law did it themselves. The waitress blatantly says to us, well it's only supposed to be a party of 20. So because she was annoyed that our party was more than expected she treated us as if we did not even exist. She never took our drink order, she never even took our order. My father in law had to go find someone who would take our order. Finally, another gentleman came out of now where and he started hustling to get us everything that we needed. The female waitress was visibly so upset and in front of everyone, she started arguing with the other waiter that came to help her. She was so rude and she even started saying out loud that she was just going to walk out on our party and leave. She was so upset and unprofessional to our party and made us feel uncomfortable. Some of our party even got up and left because of the way she was acting towards us. She completely ruined a family gathering that was meant to be a celebration all because she was upset. I understand that our party was a lot but as a waitress you should not take it out on the customers. She spent more time complaining about her situation then trying to hustle to get us what we needed. She was yelling at everyone and never once apologized for her behavior. To the male waiter that came to take our order, thank you for your kind customer service and helped us when we were being ignored.This restaurant has a huge party room so it's not as if they never get large party's. I partially blame the restaurant as well for not properly giving her the help that she needed. But, this still does not excuse the waitress's behavior toward us."

"Best molé I have ever had. I had already picked out another restaurant for dinner when we were exploring the town of Bisbee, and my husband suggested trying out Contessa’s. I am so glad that he did. I love authentic molé and order molé when I find it on the menu, but typically I am disappointed and few places live up to my expectations.When ordering a dish with 3 enchiladas I have never been able to finish all three, which is fine, because that means some yummy leftovers, but that was not the case this time. My stomach was arguing with my mouth and my mouth won as forkful after forkful of this perfect molé kept finding its way through my lips. For the first time ever, I ate all three enchiladas and it’s because the molé sauce was so delectable.It is hard to get mole right but they have done it here. I can’t say enough good things about the food here. My husband also said his chimichanga was exceptional. We rarely eat out anymore because restaurants have become so expensive and we prefer my cooking, so when we do eat out we really hope that the food is special enough to warrant the splurge. I am happy to report that this was a worthy trip. I made it a point to convey my compliments to the chef."

"I was craving some Peruvian chicken and stumbled on this place. My friend recommended it and since I was in Leesburg, I thought I’d give it a try.The parking lot needs some work, it’s not paved. Apparently this place has been in business for over 20 years, they could improve in this area.You start with complimentary chips and salsa. This wasn’t bad. I started off with horchata, very good. I had half a chicken all dark meat with yucca and rice. The chicken was pretty good. Flavorful, juicy, tender. The yucca was the perfect texture, crispy exterior, soft interior. The rice was okay. The sauce both white and green could use some work. I’ll say, their sauce doesn’t come close to super chickens sauce.We dined in. The place was clean. The server was nice. They checked on us multiple times throughout the meal.They have a extensive menu. I’ll definitely come back to try out the other items."
