"This restaurant is a great spot for breakfast, offering a diverse menu to cater to various tastes. From crepes and frittatas to pancakes and French toast, there's plenty to choose from. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the location is convenient with ample parking available. I've visited several times, but on my most recent trip, I ended up sitting at the bar, where the service was just average. I understand that Sundays can be busy and that bartending is demanding work; however, staff should still take a moment to serve each customer and ensure a positive experience. The waitress who attended to us seemed a bit brusque, taking our order swiftly without giving us time to ask any questions about the menu. When I inquired about potato soup, she simply pointed to the menu on the wall and sarcastically remarked that it was listed there for a reason, which made me feel quite embarrassed to order anything else. Overall, the restaurant is good, but I can't overlook the impact of this one employee's off day. They need to be mindful of such details, especially since Carmel has a wealth of excellent breakfast options and stiff competition. Small things like this can truly make a difference in a customer's decision to return."
