"My favorite salad place. I recognize that it is not the highest in quality, but it is a salad and you pay at most $10 per salad. They also go beyond and beyond for their customers. They are not calculated separately to turn off a topping for avocado. The meat is not an extra price on the salad. There are a variety of dressings, including green goddesses that are rarely found in salad shops. And if you are not satisfied enough, look at their Instagram they are always free prices and vouchers. "too many young workers, occasionally I had a worker hanging with her bracelet and it went into the salat while she mixed in the dressur. unacceptable! 2 times I had to tell her and she was hesitant to do something about it, on the same day at least 3 of them were horse play, while the spinach, wobble, etc. had other food products in it. 2x I had a hard roll that wasn't warm. where is the manager? it is a shame how to get such a healthy place by lack of sanitation, management and professionalism!"

"Overpriced hospital food!!I spent $15 on a BLT and Chicken noodle soups, lays chips and a pickle.First off, the BLT had no real bacon... had bacon bits on it instead of actual bacon, slimy green leaf lettuce, brown avocado that appeared to be sitting out since yesterday and goops of room temp mayonnaise.Chicken noodle soup tasted and smelled like hospital food, actually pretty sure the one at VB General right down the road tastes better.Best part of the meal was the Lays chips because I was almost certain I wouldn 't be contracting salmonella or listeria from those.Do yourself a favor and walk a couple doors down and go to Taste Unlimited. Delicious, healthy and generous portions not this train wreck.This location will not be in business long if they keep charging Panera prices for the the Goodwill of soup and salad places."

"I've visited Saladworks numerous times, but the service keeps declining, along with the quality of the food. When kale starts to turn yellow or dark, it should be thrown out. I wouldn’t eat discolored kale at home, so why would I pay $14 for a salad with unappealing, yellow kale? This has happened before, but it will be my last time ordering from here. While the servers are great, the older gentleman at the register could use some customer service training. It's unfortunate that it has come to this, but Saladworks needs to improve. This level of food quality is unacceptable."

"We ordered 5 salads from the mill creek Delaware location. And yet again it was messed up. Order/check 221020153636361. We stopped ordering from salad works because our orders are never correct. We decided to give it another try. All of our salads came but there is not even 1 dressing . We called the store and we're told yeah that is an ongoing problem but she is too busy to send the dressings out and asked us to come get them. We ordered it for delivery and paid all of the delivery fees because we don't have cars to drive there . It's unacceptable that this continues to happen . $60 down the drain . We will never order from salad works again"
