"I've visited Saladworks numerous times, but the service keeps declining, along with the quality of the food. When kale starts to turn yellow or dark, it should be thrown out. I wouldn’t eat discolored kale at home, so why would I pay $14 for a salad with unappealing, yellow kale? This has happened before, but it will be my last time ordering from here. While the servers are great, the older gentleman at the register could use some customer service training. It's unfortunate that it has come to this, but Saladworks needs to improve. This level of food quality is unacceptable."
