"We had been so looking forward to our dinner at Story with another couple whom we invited to dine with us that evening. We were seated close to the front door which was rather chilly and there were other tables available. Our waiter was rather matter of fact and lacked making you feel welcome. The wait staff has as much to do with your overall experience as your food does. The atmosphere is rather cold and sterile and that’s coming from someone who is a minimalist. I’m bummed that we had a very expensive evening out and all walked away thinking WOW that wasn’t the evening/dining experience that we were hoping for or expected…"

"I arrived with a reservation for my birthday, but the hostess informed me that I would need to wait 25 minutes to be seated on the lower level. While waiting, I went down to the bar and noticed four small tables were available. I politely asked the hostess why I had to wait, and she explained that all the tables were reserved by the owner. It was quite frustrating to begin my birthday dinner with such difficulty in securing a table."

"We came to Sage upon recommendation from friends that we were visiting here in Tallahassee. We were celebrating our anniversary and hoped for a wonderful experience as it was a highly recommended restaurant. From the moment we sat down and had to wait 15 minutes before the server even came to the table with water to the hour and 45 minute wait before we got our meal the experience was abysmal. There was no explanation Other than they were backed up. The restaurant wasn’t even that full yet our table and all of the tables around us were waiting for over an hour for any food to show up. The only time the manager showed up was at the end while they were serving all of the tables at the same time approximately an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes after ordering. When we complained to her that we had ordered well before any of our tables she said well I’m just trying to be transparent here we want to plate everything all at once. When the food finally arrived it was not edible. I ordered the most expensive plate on the menu which was the bone in ribeye. There was no meat in the ribeye it was pure fat and gristle. My wife’s dish was severely under cooked. Your first mistake was hiring a millennial as the manager of this restaurant. You will be losing customers left and right. It was clear that she was way out of her league and way over her head and offered no explanation of why this restaurant runs so poorly in her hands. I will never go to this place again and if this is the best that Tallahassee can offer ? Well. I guess there’s a reason why Tallahassee isn’t a culinary destination."

"We frequently order delivery from this restaurant. The food is incredibly delicious, including the fresh salsa that comes with the nachos. Everything on the menu is tasty, especially the tacos and dishes with mole sauce. The Mexican Coke pairs perfectly with the meal. I highly recommend this place!"

"With the threat of rain, we were lucky to be given a table for two right by the front window, overlooking the street and their terrace. First priority was to choose the right bottle of wine to accompany our entree. Since it was Friday, we both chose the "Plats du Jour", great seafood Bouillabaisse and accompanied with a bottle of Drouhin's very dry chablis (very full and enjoyable). We started with the leeks in hoillandaise and finished with creme brule and profiteroles de Jules. Then we rolled down the hill back to our hotel.Great food and service. A classic French Bistro!"

"I think it definitely wasn’t the best service or best Italian food I’ve had in my life but it was a good spot. We sat in the enclosed outdoor seating and had descent wine. They brought us biscotti for dessert with the check and we had a nice time. The ravioli and fresh bread were great and so was the eggplant parm appetizer. The gnocchi was okay and the chicken melanese wasn’t what I would expect. It didn’t have sauce it just had arugula on top lol. The arsnchinj were tiny."

"Had to choose a Noise level to post a review, but considering we're eating outside in separate areas, my level of quiet means nothing. We went on a degree evening, and had a fantastic meal with outdoor seating. The heat lamps are placed appropriately, and they went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. The food is always topnotch here hence topnotch prices, which I don't mind paying if the food matches the price tag and it was as such this evening as well. Our dishes could not have been more delicious or better prepared. The staff was really putting in full effort in trying to make the outdoor meal in freezing temps, feel as nice as a seated table inside not possible now with indoor dining ban And they succeeded. I'll be back again soon"

"Pre Pandemic, Post Pandemic, the food quality is and always has been top notch, the service is personal, prompt and attentive even with the current staffing issues, which all businesses are suffering from. The restaurant is clean and attractive, make a reservation or you will wait. The wine and cocktail menu's are broad and have something to appeal to a range of tastes. This is our go to restaurant, try it and it will be on your short list as well. I could go on and on gushing about the place but you should visit soon"

"The food was not bad. Maybe a bit overpriced but that was fine. It just took forever for them to bring it. We got our drinks and appetizers in a reasonable amount of time and then we waited an hour for the rest of our food. Around us, parties were seated and got served their food, some of which were the same dishes as we'd ordered. No one came to give an explanation or acknowledge that we had been sitting and waiting for that long. We finally asked about it after about 45 minutes wait and were assured it was coming out right away. It certainly was not. Clearly something happened with our table considering others seemed to get their food promptly, but it would have been nice if there had been an acknowledgement of any kind."

"I reserved a private room for my wedding reception, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The food was fantastic—many of my guests remarked that it was the best wedding meal they had ever experienced. The ambiance was also lovely, creating a beautiful setting for our celebration. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive; there were three, sometimes four, team members assisting our group of over 50 guests, and they were always available and eager to help. For vegetarian options, they offered an Impossible burger and a variety of salads. Overall, an exceptional experience!"

"Over the years we’ve enjoyed many nights at Frascati and it’s our go-to for special occasions. The law of finished returns simply does not apply at Frascati. The food is simply superb, made to order and to perfection. The deserts are designed in house and taste amazing. They don’t offer cocktails, only beer and wine with after dinner coffee/tea available. The service is always welcoming and efficient, checking in without being overbearing. Value for money is certainly something subjective, but considering the quality of the food I think the pricing is always appropriate. Could not recommend Frascati highly enough, and as always we look forward to our next meal at this wonderful restaurant."

"I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, which is set in a historic building with a fantastic location. The dining options were impressive, and the afternoon tea was delightful. The beds were incredibly comfortable, but the rooms could use some improvements, such as outlets on both sides of the bed, a mini fridge, and a bathroom exhaust fan. While it may not provide a luxurious experience, it's a great place to use as a home base during your stay in Chicago. The rooms offer a nice view and feature comfy beds, but the doors and windows are not very soundproof."

"We chose Dan Thai Cuisine for our New Year's Eve dinner and were very satisfied with our experience. The staff was extremely friendly, we got a table by the window, and we had a lovely and unhurried meal. We started with the chicken satay appetizer and tom yum soup, followed by generously sized duck entrees. For dessert, we enjoyed fried ice cream, one vanilla and one chocolate. All the dishes were delicious and flavorful. Being able to bring our own wine helped make the bill fair and reasonable. We definitely plan on returning in the future."

"excellent French bistro experience when participating in a game at davies symphony. herbic acid and bone mark are excellent starters. I would also recommend getting another side of the brotes, as the one with the bone mark is provided to not get soggy out of the narrow. a thing to consider with regard to their escape is that the sauces are absolutely at point. the peppercorn jus is an excellent supplement to any dish. we had it through appetizers and escapes and it works easy. the porkchop was a cut of duroc, excessively tender and supple to bite. We went on a Friday night and it seemed that the opening times were still open for walk-ins, but it was especially busy at 6:30 a.m."

"Churrascos Sugar Land is my favorite restaurant. My husband and I have celebrated many special occasions and holiday dinners over the years along with our daughter and her husband after they were married. Also, love to entertain friends and business associates from around the USA and the world. This time we celebrated an early New Year's Eve dinner and it was perfect. We were greeted by the Manager who has been there as long as we have been coming to the restaurant. He makes everyone feel special. Our server, Leo, was just fantastic, charming and attentive. Leo was just the best and we were fortunate to have him. We have always had good food, good service and good times at Churrascos Sugar Land and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone."

"Went here for our wedding anniversary. The staff were incredibly friendly and all said congrats to us (I only mentioned it in the OpenTable booking so was impressed it got passed along). Unfortunately the weather wasn't great so we didn't get much of a view, but we were pleasantly surprised by the great food and the fantastic service (shoutout to Alexandra)! Rather than getting any of the large mains my wife and I shared a ton of the appetizers and smaller dishes which were all wonderful. Valet parking was also free since we were eating at the restaurant which was nice. Would love to come back another time when we know the weather will be better."
