"I had a comparable experience to Carole at this restaurant. I noticed two staff members hiding behind the kitchen wall, engrossed in their phones, which led to my food being forgotten. After waiting 15 minutes for a milkshake, I had to go to the counter to ask how much longer it would be. The girl there quickly responded, "just two minutes," and I could hear the machine starting up right away. Although the fries were decent, they weren't enough to entice me to return, particularly with the current staffing issues. If you decide to dine here, make sure to stay at the counter; otherwise, you might end up waiting indefinitely for your food."
