"This Wawa features a newer layout, complete with a deli center and a single entrance/exit, unlike the typical island checkout arrangement. Be prepared to wait in a long line to place your order, and if you pay ahead of time, you might have trouble hearing your name when it's called. If you're a smoker, make sure you’re in the right line! When it’s time to leave, you have two choices. You can head out onto Route 38, returning to the same merge lane from which you entered, or you can take the driveway between the Martin's Liquor store and the yet-to-open Dunkin' drive-thru. However, this exit only allows a right turn onto Marter Avenue, which requires crossing five lanes of traffic (one right turn lane, two straight lanes, and two left turn lanes) separated by double lines. Maneuvering through this can be quite difficult, especially getting into the left turn lanes. In summary, there are only two driveways to access the Wawa: one from Route 38 heading toward Moorestown and a right turn lane onto Route 38. The exits lead back into the same chaotic traffic situation. The experience is similar to stopping at a rest area along the turnpike—it's not terrible if you're going in the same direction. I've been to several Wawa locations along busy roads, but none have felt as chaotic as this one, especially right after a traffic light. Once that Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru opens, it's likely to get even more hectic! On a positive note, the staff was friendly, the food was good, and the building was clean, which is why I rated it 2 stars instead of just 1. Lastly, it's worth noting that the Mt. Laurel Joint Land Use Board or Planning and Zoning Board is ultimately responsible for the traffic situation here."

"I love this wawa, I come so often because it?s right next to work and the people there are wonderful. HOWEVER there are some new hires that have been getting my orders wrong every time they are there to make them. I will say they probably need a littlebetter training, and also maybe fix whatever prints out the tickets because I think sometimes they have difficulty reading themunder a time limit to get them ready and keep the flow going, the ink isn?t always solid and consistent throughout when I lookat it, but because I have the time to thoroughly look over my order ticket on my item I can see what I ordered. In this pictureI provided, it is supposed to be a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with Green Tea, with Whipped Cream and Mango Bubbles. The newfemale hire that?s been here for idk how long but for the past month or so when I see her in the drinks section, my drink isalways wrong. There?s absolutely no dragonfruit in this drink. There were no bubbles either until I asked her for them, to whichshe said the Mango Bubbles wasn?t listed on the ticket, but she?d do it anyway. When I walked away I checked my ticket, andMango Bubbles is on the ticket, but it?s a little hard to read. So yeah, maybe up the training and fix whatever prints out thetickets, because I always feel bad when I have to ask for my drink to be fixed, because it takes up not only my time, but theirtime as well because they have to make more stuff after my drink is made, and it could put them behind. And I don?t want to askthem to fix it when there?s a bunch of people around because I don?t want them to look bad for it. I know mistakes happensometimes, but this is a consistent thing with the same person."

"I was going to give this 5 stars. I had defended Wawa?s quality the day before regarding presentation and order accuracy. THEN, the next day I get wawa and my burger is lopsided AND my fettuccini alfredo was mis-made and I received a ZITI!!! Suffice tosay, I was thoroughly beaten by my stepdad?metaphorically?he won the argument. So I decided to give 1 star. But THEN I ate theziti and my god! It was a pretty good Ziti. It wasn?t remarkable or breathtaking but when I ate it, I thought, ?Wow, this Zitiis alright.? So I thought to myself, I ordered a fettuccini, I got the ticket with fettuccini written on it and i blatantlyreferred to the fettuccini?that last one might?ve been in my head though so perhaps no one heard me repeatedly saying?fettuccini? for 7 minutes straight. The conclusion I came to was that there was NO way I could have been given a ziti byaccident. They must?ve thought to themselves ?they? being the Ziti perpetrator) that they were very proud of their Ziti. Soproud in fact that they would like to share this ziti experience with another, and I must?ve been the lucky recipient. And ifthat?s the case, you should be proud because it tasted alright. It was a little heavy on the salt though. Perhaps use less saltbecause the ricotta has enough salt in it already. The ricotta was nice too. Where was I, OH YEAH so 5 stars! I got the wrongfood but it was decent so I can?t complain?I mean I can, but I ate the Ziti so can I? I don?t think I can. Oh and the burger wasreally good too."
