"I was a loyal customer for 2 years after moving to the Eau Gallie Art District. Now I will never go back based on their terrible customer service. I called over 24 hours in advance to order an apple pie for a birthday. When I arrived, I was told apparently the order never got written down . I understand that mistakes happen, but it is how they are handled that makes the difference. They were not very apologetic, and initially tried to blame me, asking if I had called in the evening (again, I told them over 24 hours ago). They sold me a frozen pie and assured me there would be no difficulty baking it at 325 for 1 hour. I baked the pie for 1 hour 40 minutes! The next day at work, we cut into the pie for my co-worker 's Birthday. The crust was not cooked thoroughly, top nor bottom. I immediately phoned and was told, sorry you didn 't think we were sorry enough for you , AND I can bake you a new pie for pick up today, but would appreciate you not leaving negative reviews. A review is negative only when it is based on what happened. Very poor business practice (especially a small business) to be TWICE, so condescending to a customer. I sent a few of my co-workers there through the years, bought many pies, chicken pot pie, broccoli/egg pie. My coworkers and I will never go back, and we will spread the word."
