"I was waiting behind the only other customer at this food stand. Once she received her order and walked away, I approached to place mine. However, Andree, the employee who had just served the previous customer, simply walked off without acknowledging me. Despite there being three employees present, none of them seemed to notice I was waiting. Andree kept returning to the counter, smiling but then walking away again without asking if I was ready to order or even greeting me.
After several minutes of him making eye contact and then ignoring me to chat with another employee, I finally asked Andree where I was supposed to stand to be able to place my order, as he was completely overlooking me. By this time, there were about five or six customers behind me also waiting. He then gestured for me to go to the next register, and I was finally able to order, but he entered it incorrectly. I had to correct him. When he handed me my order, he did the same thing to the person behind me: he walked away without a word and continued talking to the same coworker while ignoring the growing line of customers."
