"Busy place but short wait to be seated. Menu selection offered something for everyone. My daughter asked the waitress for a straw and was told they didn't have any. She then asked for a to go cup for her drink as the beverages are served in a very heavy cup and she cannot lift it. She explained she has a disability when she requested this but waitress never brought her a cup. My son in law finally went out to car and found her a straw. Yet we saw several patrons receive beverages with straws after this happened. Simple request ignored but otherwise we enjoyed the food. Went on Tuesday for the 4.00 pizookie, a must have dessert."

"It appears they have updated their closing time to 5 PM. Don't make the same mistake I did by driving all the way there only to discover they were closed. I'm quite disappointed because I would have adjusted my lunch break at work if I had known they wouldn't be open when I arrived. Now it seems I won't be having dinner this evening."

"During our visit, we opted to use the drive-through service. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient! However, the drive-through lane is quite narrow and may be challenging for larger trucks or vehicles with trailers. The parking lot is also on the smaller side. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Conveniently located with easy access to and from US-10."

"I work at the petco in the same plaza as this Panera bread. I can't walk to get my food since the walk would take up most of my break. I ordered my food on an app at 3pm it said it would arrive at 4:06 then it got pushed back to 4:15 and it was finallydelivered at 5:03pm. The driver for my ordered waited there for over 45 minutes to get my order and he had messaged me when hearrived at the Panera so I know it wasn't his fault it was so late. I could also see his location on the app and saw him sittingoutside waiting to get my order. I think the Panera completely forgot about my order to be honest which was extremely annoyingfor me and the driver. Their customer service is not great and they don't seem to care that much when they mess up or forgetabout your order. They also forgot my chips which was also very annoying."

"As a coffee shop, Panera Bread is okay. Their 12 oz lattes and espresso are nothing exceptional, but the staff is very friendly and attentive to their regular customers. They also have a wide variety of pastries and food options. Just be aware that during busy times, the lines can be quite long, although they move quickly. Overall, the prices are reasonable."

"The food here is amazing, and the restaurant is generally very clean; the tables are usually wiped down promptly after customers leave. The drinks are fresh and have an awesome taste. "This place is a complete disaster. My sisters and I ordered three bagels online—two cherry vanilla and one cinnamon crunch. However, when we went to pick them up, we received a bag containing three cinnamon raisin bagels. To make matters worse, there were no paper bags, no utensils, and only two napkins included. They even forgot one of our cream cheeses. The service was absolutely terrible; there was no name on the bag, no receipt—just a total mess. I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here. The tables were dirty and poorly maintained as well. This used to be a nice spot that we frequented as kids, but now it’s just a disaster. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place."
