"A couple of weeks ago, when I first entered the building, it was uncomfortably hot, and the workers informed me that the air conditioning was not working. I returned a couple of weeks later and found the same issue—the AC was still broken, making the store quite stuffy. I feel especially sympathetic for the employees working late at night, as I often see young women there alone. For safety reasons, there should at least be one other person on shift, particularly after the recent break-in incident. I remember coming in the next day to inquire about it, and later that evening, I saw the same girl working by herself. Overall, the service is excellent! The staff members truly work hard despite being understaffed, but there is definitely room for improvement in the store's atmosphere."

"I'm not sure what's happening at this location. First, they were closed due to a broken blender. After waiting a while, I returned only to find a sign on the door saying their freezer was down and they were running low on supplies. I tried calling to ask if they had the drink I wanted, but no one answered the phone. When I went inside, the place was empty and the employee was just standing at the register—she wasn't assisting anyone or making drinks. It doesn't make sense that they couldn't pick up the phone. If they were low on supplies, why were they even open? This is really poor customer service."

"I visited the restaurant with a client, but we weren't greeted upon arrival. We ordered our drinks, and it took a long time for them to arrive, even though there was only one other person ahead of us. There were only two employees working, and they seemed to be taking their time, moving very slowly. The person who served our drinks didn't even smile. The atmosphere was also quite stuffy and hot. I hope this was just an off day for them."

"I want to start by mentioning how unpleasant the smell is at this location. Additionally, I had a really bad experience with the customer service from the cashier. He was reluctant to give me his name—I think it might have been Ryan or Brian—and he even had the audacity to put his finger in my vanilla blue sky bowl. When I asked for a new one to be made, he responded with attitude. I felt like I could easily take my business somewhere else. I enjoy traveling to places that offer great customer service, and I definitely won’t be returning to this location."
