"I was really looking forward to dining here. I ordered four sandwiches, and it took about 20 minutes for them to be ready. The ordering process was a bit chaotic; you have to circle your choices on a dry-erase board, but most of the markers were dried up. I assumed they were used to dealing with that. One of the sandwiches was incorrect, but they fixed it quickly when I brought it to their attention. However, when we left, I realized they didn’t include egg on another sandwich. I was too frustrated to go back, especially since we had already spent 30 minutes waiting. It's disappointing to pay for something I didn’t receive. Please improve the ordering process!"
