"I made a reservation through Open Table for a day when the restaurant was actually closed, which meant I had to reschedule for the following day. The highlights of the meal were the salad and dessert; however, the steak was overcooked and the fries were cold. While the staff were friendly, they were somewhat inattentive, and it took a long time for our food to arrive. In fact, we had to ask for our dessert to-go because we had been waiting for so long. To make matters worse, we were seated right by the open kitchen door, despite being one of just a few couples in the restaurant, which meant we had to endure all the loud kitchen noises, including broken dishes, as well as a very vocal and disgruntled employee. I understand that there can be challenges due to short staffing, but overall, I was very disappointed with this dining experience."
