"We had an incredible dinner here! Excellent food, ambiance and experience. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his steak, while I loved my off-menu vegan entree creation! While there are only a handful of vegan options printed on the menu (which are clearly marked! , our server Robert was extremely knowledgeable. He guided me around the menu, listened to what sounded good to me, and then basically created an off-menu entree for me! One of the chefs is vegan, so Robert just told them what I was going for (squash potatoes, based on two of the vegan-listed sides , and let the chef work his marvelous vegetable magic. It was exceptional in taste and in experience! One tip: I recommend indicating your diet preference when you make your reservation! We didn?t do that, and they were still phenomenal and accommodating, but we learned that they do note allergies and diet preferences on reservations so they can prepare ahead of time."

"somewhat picky, but they had not salt or pfeffer on the table, which would lead me to believe that you eat is really spiced what it was not. the carrots and eggs could use both salt. eier can pfeffer (personal taste, no debt for not adding before it on the table.) tomaten were nice. bacon was nice. sourdough toast was good, but it was presented without butter, and they never brought butter or jam options to the table. so alas, the toast was very dry. to the happiness I could use the egg to provide moisture. for a $15 property breakfast I had better eating and better service. we also came to lunch and got no lunch. didn't even know there was a possibility to lunch until we saw that others were getting objects around us that weren't on our menu. oh good. if they serve brunch and someome comes at 1, they should probably offer a lunch menu for always patron, not just some."

"I worked here Literally for 4.47 hours as a Cook. That was all the amount of time I needed to see that the Owner and So Called Chef is an absolute Baffoon. I was asked to man the Market Station, ok cool salads not a thing, FauChef Keith Weber my boss tells me hey Garry the salads need more ingredients and volume of green. I make a Caesar Salad He over sees the addition of dressing, 1.5 oz scoop...ok cool FauChef...i toss mix garnish .... Cesar here FauChef.....Get the Nod of Approval...... Someone points out Harvest to Go....Expidit Puts The Exact Salad Approved in Box... Here comes FauChef.... "Because of the amazing views and modern decor, I really wanted to like Lou's and to add it to our list of go-to places. Unfortunately, the service and food were both lacking and bland. It took almost 10 minutes before our server greeted us with barely a smile and a detached attitude (and for the entire meal also). While waiting those 10 minutes, I noticed that all the servers were hanging out in the kitchen or just outside of it and not tending to their tables (and it was busy). When they finally appeared, I noticed that they didn't smile or interact with their customers either. The only glimpse of personality or customer service attitude came from the few seconds of interaction from the two runners who brought our food. Our server never checked in on us until the end of the meal; my husband ran out of ice tea midway through the meal and politely raised his glass after several minutes. Another server noticed and told our server. All of our food lacked seasoning/flavor, except for my salad which was flavorful and plentiful. Again, I really wanted this to be an enjoyable meal, especially since it was a birthday lunch for my father-in-law. But, unfortunately, the detached attitudes and bland food reflect that there are some management issues at Lou's. I hope they can fix them, because the location and ambiance is wonderful."

"I visited for lunch after a half day at work and had a steak and cheese sandwich with fries. I also enjoyed a classic Old Fashioned cocktail, which was one of the best I've had in a while. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. The price per person was around $20–30. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. I highly recommend the fries!"

"I’m really excited to find this restaurant which I was unaware of until recently. It’s a hidden gem. They don’t open till five and we got there right before five. There were multiple customers waiting to enter and the relatively small seating area was quickly filled. We had the nachos, which I loved but my wife did not. It was a huge mound of food, but my wife didn’t like the cheese they use. We split the DeWitt burger medium rare which has pico de gallo and both loved it. We will be back for sure!"

"I was here once, then I came back!!!! My favorite Palace is there terrace is very nice and private. IT has plants everywhere, making you feel like a more intimate environment. They have two parts of their terrace, one side with a fireplace and heating that go into the bar area of the restaurant. The other side of the terrace has opening forward, but surrounded by bushes and trees!! You are friendly, with contactless menus if you wish and dinning 6 feet apart, the servers, where also masks. The bar has a wide selection of liqueurs so full bar: and there food oh my goodness there is food absolutely divine. Their fish and chips are wonderfully absolutely wonderful, it is made with halibut instead of cod. Your Mac and cheese is my favorite dish their sauce that they use for the cheese, I want the recipe!! The ceasar salad is also delicious I am not a crouton girl so that they have parm flakes type bread. There are nachos are very large u could divide between two and still have residues lol. The staff here is so friendly that I never had a bad experience there. Next time I will have to take a few photos, but I love the VIG!!!!!!"

"Our server, Gracie, was efficient.The kitchen was slow to get orders out (Gracie did apologize, said only one cook in the kitchen today).My $18 pot pie was a disastrous, flavorless mess.It looked like a can of peas and carrots, a can of potatoes, a can of shredded chicken , with a slab of puff pastry on top, were thrown together. I could barely get two bites down. Fish and chip dinners my friends ordered were mediocre at best.The only redeeming value was that Gracie took the pot pie off of my bill.Also, was very disappointed that onion rings are no longer on the menu, they were very good some years ago."

"Wow, we had an amazing time there! We ordered four different entrées, and each one was delicious—cowboy burger, loaded nachos, pizza, and a turkey and cheese panini. Everything looked and tasted fantastic, so we all ended up sampling each other’s plates. Plus, they offered free drink refills! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was really friendly. The views were breathtaking as well! On top of that, there’s great shopping all around. We made our own candles, found the perfect gifts for everyone, and indulged in some ice cream. It was a truly remarkable experience that created lasting memories!"

"We got placed in the very far back of the restaurant in what looked like an enclosed patio. Not sure why since it looked like there was plenty of open tables in the main part of the restaurant as we passed by. It was extremely noisy and at one point it sounded like a helicopter was landing on the roof. I think it was some kind of exhaust fan maybe. Were we put in the crappiest table because we booked on OpenTable? We arrived early and sat in the bar and had a drink waiting for our reservation. We could have just had our dinner there but that was never offered. We even had to close out our bar tab instead of adding it to our food order. I thought that was odd. Our server made up for a lot of the minor annoyances though. She was great."

"We found this placed via Google and we were very pleased about the quality and healthy options available. My husband and I were visiting the area and found Tossed Togo as a place to me my dietary needs as well as eating healthy. This place was a gem and fitted our needs perfectly. When I was asking the gal about ingredients, the owner over heard and came right to the order counter to answer all my questions. I am gluten free and also can 't have canola oil, sunflower oil, or vegetable oil. The owner said they don 't use any of their oils in their dressings and most things were gluten free (for example not crispy chicken). I had the Carrie 's Favorite salad with the lemon vingerette and my husband had the buffalo chicken salad. Both were so filling and fresh ingredients. My portion was the side salad and my husband had the regular size and both salads were filling for us. The only thing that we wish is there were dine in options. Of course the name is to go , but since we were passing through we were hoping to sit down. They do have benches that we sat on and ate and the owner did throw away our stuff. Either way, what a great find. We highly recommend for a healthy feel good option!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options"
