"Excellent ! We loved the food and the drinks! Innovative and interesting menu and the dishes are as tasty as they sound. Four of us shared a sampler appetizer plate, Mantoo, A vegetarian plate, and Beef Kofta kabob with saffron rice. The portions were ample, but not huge, and had distinctive, well balanced flavors. "The restaurant music is AWFUL! What should be an amazing dining experience in a beautiful setting is marred by blasting music. Not only is it excessively loud, it’s just bad music! The management did turn it down slightly when we asked and the second time we asked they did try to adjust the speaker nearest to us in a different direction. But sadly this review should be about the amazing food, excellent wait staff, beautiful decor and attention to food allergies. Instead I had to waste time and space talking about ridiculous music creating noise pollution. If we wanted that type of scene we would have gone to South Beach."

"It's a reliable place; you can get more than bar food there, since they offer dinners. The fish and chips tasted very fresh; the chili was good, but a bit dry. But their salads are fresh and abundant. The prices are reasonable. It's one of our main go-to places when we're attending a movie at the Bryn Mawr Film Institute; it’s walking distance from there. The service is prompt and friendly."

"the first time in the opposite and had a phenomenal evening meal that surpassed all my expectations, although a friend recommended it. from the best brussel sprouts I've ever had (wanted to swim in the sauce) to the delicious Mongolian salmon salad (can't stop it until I had forced myself to stop before I exploded) to the perfect end with her ridiculous crème brûlée? (can't go without trying). only an amazing meal from beginning to end, and this is rare to find these days. can not wait to be back and try other things on the menu. also our server was amazing, I wish I remembered their names (dark haare, pony dick). a great server as it simply improves the whole experience"

"My husband and I love to find new places for a bite to eat and a few drinks. The food was good we were there before noon so we had breakfast. The drink list was good as for flavor and prices. We sat at the bar and the gentleman who helped us was friendly. Where my score of 3 comes in is that there seemed to be no structure. Maybe this is meant to be a relaxed environment however I finished my drink before my meal came out and it took until I was almost done with my meal to get another. There was also a female who was working and she complained every time she was making a drink for a guest. Either about the equipment or what nots. I have worked in restaurants in the past and it seems that they would be if it from a little better management."

"My boyfriend and I first visited Taphouse 15 years ago for our first anniversary and were amazed by the food and service. Our waiter was one of the friendliest we've ever encountered! We have been back a few times since and on our last visit, I ordered the NY Strip which was cooked perfectly to a beautiful medium rare, juicy, tender and lean with hardly any fat. The seasoning on the steak was just right! I dislike restaurants that skimp on seasoning, especially for a steak which needs plenty. Taphouse did not hold back and delivered a delicious dish. Even the fries were seasoned perfectly! My boyfriend ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it too was seasoned to perfection. We sat near the bar and were pleased that the noise level was not overwhelming. We are already planning our next visit and would recommend Taphouse 15 to anyone in search of a great meal for a date night, family outing, or a satisfying bite to eat on a whim!"

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"would not recommend to eat inside, order her to eat and take her home! we have our table perfect, I have a reservation on open table, but not even needed it. our waiter was terrible, we didn’t get our drinks until after we complained and our chips and salsa ended that they’re bringing out at the beginning, our eating wasn’t even “hot”. When he was asked about the drinks, he quickly got them as they waited for him, and asked about the leak, he didn't even ask how it was (the eating or anything, we didn't get any refills on our drinks) when he gave us the leak, the waiter just stayed there waiting for a form of payment while we saw the reception, it was unpleasant. not to go here unless they want to feel uncomfortable, we will not go back, at least at this place!"

"I've always enjoyed Chevys. Over the years, and I am talking from the 1980's, they've been consistent, good and worth what you paid for. This visit was a disappointment. The Cadillac margarita, guacamole, chips and salsa were delicious! Then came the chicken fajitas on the sizzling platter. The chicken was dry and tasteless, the veggies were limp and puny. But all were sizzling! The whole beans were good, the rice super salty, and the little scoop of corn tasted dry and stale. The flour tortillas were hot and good. The service was par for a busy restaurant. We were seated in the bar which was noisy and chilly every time the door opened. Eh. Yeah. I was disappointed. ?"

"First off, it's amazing. Great cooks in the back. You can tell they prepare everything with a high level of understanding of what they are doing. The service was ok, out waitress seemed to cover quite a lot of tables and with just a table of two we didn't seem to get a high level of attention. You do pay for that experience because everything is expensive. Salads are all $15 $20 so you might as well get a full dinner plate. $22 $35ish depending on what you get. "I had a fantastic meal! The Harvest Chicken Salad (which includes pecans) on a croissant was one of the best I've ever tasted. "We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! "I just ate at Mcalisters in Grenada. I ordered a BLT and nachos. The sandwich was pathetic. It was the most pitiful sandwich I have ever seen. Spent 9$ for it . 2 pieces of white bread microwaved bacon. Forgot the Alvacadoand when I asked for some it was dark almost black in color. After I ate there I had to go to Sonic to get some food.No more McAlisters for me . They need to teach the cooks how to make a decent sandwich. May May Haley"

"My wife and I went to this place for lunch, even though I felt they are very over priced. The service, much like the food, was terrible. It was at least 7-8 minutes before we were acknowledged and we were the only ones in line. The cashier was extremely low energy and had a bitter disposition. My wife ordered a garden fresh turkey sandwich which should have been called a drowned turkey sandwich because it was swimming in oil and vinegar. She only ate the two thin slices of turkey and left the soggy bread on the plate. My culinary nightmare began with a half a French dip and potato soup. The sandwich consisted of a thick dried out piece of bread that was complimented by two paper thin pieces of roast beef which were also dry and tasteless. No cheese I guess they forgot). The picture is NOT what they are serving. The soup was so watered down that it tasted like water and sadness. No salt, no flavor and no potato. There were three shards of cheddar and a piece of very old bacon on top, which contributed in no way to the flavor. Not to mention everything arrived at the table ice cold. So after paying 35 dollars to this disgruntled employee we recieved absolutely nothing of value. Save your money and eat somewhere, anywhere else.Parking: very tight"

"I had two frustrating experiences at this location. On December 26, I called to confirm their closing time and was informed by Brittany that they would be open until 10:00 PM. We drove for 20 minutes and arrived at 9:34 PM, only to find out they had decided to close early. Then, on December 30, I placed my usual to-go order. We were told that we couldn’t order that combination, which was surprising. My husband asked the server to verify with someone else because we always order it. The order went through, but when we checked, it was missing three items that we had already paid for! Luckily, we caught the mistake before heading all the way home."

"The man who took my order over the phone was rude a d didn 't even tell me how long til it would be ready for pick up and he flat hung up on me without another word I thought maybe ot was busy. When I went I. To pick up it was NOT busy so that excuse couldn 't be the issue. My mom has "issues and I was with her when I called in order. She was loud in background so I didn 't hear his inital question so he had to repeat it. He was simply rude and apparently had no reason. Esp not when he could hear her in the background which said I obviously had something going on on my end. He had ni personality when I encountered him in the store either He seemed like he was probably rude or aloof more often than not. The lady I saw was in fact friendly and personable. The little man with the attitude should maybe not take calls or run a register. The only smile I saw from him was to another male coworker. And a male customer that required about 10 min of time to sample a vinegrette. Which is fine but don 't stop the ONE line for that. He may needs to learn to multitask on another level. Sorry I 'm not usually rude but he got me fired up about 3-4 days ago. Well, it’s been a month and I went back. We are temporarily without a vehicle so I have to get a ride up to this location. I went inside to order and the one lady working the counter had quite a line and did quite great. Unfortunately as seems to be the case I get my order all bagged and ready so I leave. Only to discover at the house I’ve paid for something I did not receive and the only way to get it is to walk there. I am so very tired of the disappointment in customer service. Not just here but most everywhere I go. Tighten up McAlister’s y’all have lost some customers.oh I read Cinthia’s review after mine and there are no hair nets that I have seen. And her review got an owners response, go fuk’n figure."
