"I had high hopes for this order, but I ended up feeling quite disappointed. I ordered a Whiskey River Burger, which was fine, but my other item was completely wrong—I received a beef patty instead of a veggie one, so I couldn't eat it. Additionally, two items were missing from my order. While I would consider dining in at this restaurant, I won't be ordering through delivery again."

"I took my granddaughter to red Robin in Santa Maria for her 8th birthday, I asked the waiter if they have a birthday dessert for her birthday since I'm a member and get free meal on my birthdays, he said they have an ice cream. He never again offered it after the 4 of us ate. I was hoping,like the old days, 3 years ago, they would make her feel special. But no? service is so blah now. No fun anymore to go out for your birthday, nobody cares."

"Ok, i’m going to give this place five stars and here’s why: My wife and daughter got there before I did. They got seated ordered our meal. I got there about 10-15 min after they ordered. About 5-10 minutes after I arrived we got our food. When we got our food our burgers happen to be cold , we told the waitress she was very nice came back told us our burgers were being re-cooked. The manager then came out and said our food was being re-cooked and that he was comping the whole meal. I told him he did not have to do that to just cook us some fresh burgers, and make sure that they were hot, but he insisted that he comped the meal for us. Our food came back out nice and hot, and they were very gracious.. this restaurant is a class act we made sure we still tipped our server well."

"Despite being a chain, this place serves up some really tasty burgers and fries. I absolutely love the Blue Ribbon burger and the fact that the fries are bottomless. The burger was just as good as I remembered from my last visit a couple of years ago—no complaints at all! It's unfortunate that they no longer offer the same premium sauces they once did. The bottomless fries were fantastic! The staff was quick and friendly as well. I'm not a fan of their switch to plastic cups and paper towels to cut costs, but I understand that many chains are doing the same these days. Overall, I would definitely return. It's a solid choice for a burger chain!"

"1st the good, my wife said her chicken topped salad was moist and tasty. Burgers were ok, but my burger and fries were only just warm, sent fries back and new ones were brought right out. Kids meal came with mandarin oranges that he really liked and they brought him four more servings. 2nd the bad, upon entering the Host said 10 minute wait to clean tables, 25 minutes later she took us to a table that hadn't been wiped down. We were informed multiple times they were short handed. After a wait the waitperson said the food would be right out but that took another 10 minutes, hence the lukewarm fries. Worse thing we were trying to get to a movie and missed it sending the rest of the afternoon into a tailspin. Side note the staff could dress better and the host could learn to smile. Last the ugly. While waiting in the lobby it was noticeable that the woodwork needed cleaning especially the very support next to host desk. There was also a faint negative smell in the restaurant. However the restroom seemed fairly clean, more than most. Maybe with more staff it would have been a better experience."

"my family came in our local red robin, we were quickly sitting and handed over menus. then forget. we saw several employees who went from us to help others tables. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I started a stop watch app on my handy. during the next 10 minutes we wait for another table seat, order drinks, get drinks and place a food order. at this time, we caught the attention of a waiter. we wanted to see the manager in the service. remember we're still on the stop watch. it took 5 minutes until the manager visited us. during this time a waitress took pity on us and took our drink order. the manager finally came over us explained we had met the 20-minute mark at this point and the 5-minute mark for his visit (the table next to the use received their food during this time). To be honest, the manager didn't care. he made a pathetic excuse, said he was busy and went. no excuse, no offer, to speed up our order, or any kind of indemnification. he was just indifferent to us and he left us as soon as he could possibly escape. our newly assigned waiter finally arrived. 3 from our 4 drinks and our food order. the waiter did his best and apologized. he took a burger out of the bill. the manager was not interested in coming back and reviewing us or offering an excuse. we usually visit red robin 1-2x per month. this is our first bad experience. it was clear that the communication between the staff and the indifference of the manager that the problem is the manager. he didn't manage the housefront."

"Red Robin was a great experience when it first arrived many years ago. Covid has affected many restaurants but as more people are going out, this visit was just ok. The decor has not changed since it first opened. It felt very dated and stale. Theunlimited steak fries were always a hit and the burgers used to be good. Not so this visit. With Now Hiring banners all over, Ithought we might have a bit of a wait, but an hour for burgers is just too long when the restaurant is almost empty. Burger wasundercooked, but cooked enough not to send back. First batch of fries were cold, the second fresh and hot. The best part of ourmeal was the bacon fondue. Very flavorful and great for dipping the fries. I returned to the restaurant because they addedDonatos Pizza to their menu. The pizza I took home was as good as I remember. I may come back for Pizza and a basket of frieswith the fondue,, but some effort will be needed to return for a burger. Desserts looked interesting but I did not order, maytry next visit. Sadly another Red Robin location in Charlotte fired an employee who was putting edibles in the to go orders.Unbelievable and sad. That did not happen here, staff was very courteous and trying their best, but more help is needed here."

"It's been a couple weeks since I last went here. It was even worse than my last experience here, which is saying something. Both visits the waitress got our orders wrong, both visits the restaurant is really really dirty, the food is awful, the portions and quality have taken a total nose dive. My meat wasn't cooked all the way, it was still pink inside. The lettuce was gross and had a bug in it. Really really disgusting. I didn't complain, because honestly, even if they had remade the food I wouldn't have trusted it. There's food on the walls, the tables are sticky, everything about the place gives Red Robin a bad name. I think it's a dying restaurant. I took about 2 bites before I decided not to eat anymore. Nobody will ever convince me to go back. The health department really needs to give the place a look."

"When your server is so busy with her two other tables that she drops the refills as she speeds by. She is short and rude in her tone and speech. That is until it was time to pay. Then there were new workers there and she was suddenly super friendly and talkative. We normally tip 50% but could not justify but the minimum for this type of treatment. My family was wondering if we had done something to offend our server but we could not think of anything. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The food was well made. Our veggie burgers were cooked well. The zucchini fries are so tasty. My daughter loves the endless Mac n Cheese and oranges."

"It's been years since I've dined at a Red Robin and we only went here in a pinch while in the suburbs because I remember they serve a veggie burger. I got the veggie burger and my partner guy the impossible burger, mine was fairly satisfying but her's was just ok. But I'm of the mind that the impossible burger itself just isn't very good, especially when stacked against a Beyond Burger or just a plain veggie burger like Red Robin had on offer. It's a garden style VB, not a black bean or nut patty. The fries were pretty good, she enjoyed her broccoli, we both liked the Oreo shake. I can definitely see going back in the future if we're ever in that neck of the woods.Vegetarian options: Garden Veggie Burger, Impossible Burger, if you're a pescatarian they also serve cod fish and chips. They also offer a side of broccoli if you don't want the fries or onion rings.Kid-friendliness: There is a full bar with surrounding seating, but there is also a separate section that I would assume is where they put people with kids. Which is nice for those of us without kids because we can just sit in the bar section without having to endure other people's kids and their antics.Parking: Average sized surrounding parking surface lot."

"This was a great local Mexican spot! The restaurant was clean, and they had live music on the Saturday I visited (6/4/22). The staff were very friendly and had great recommendations. The carne asada was exquisite!!!! They cooked it perfectly and it wasseasoned perfectly! It melted in my mouth. The charro beans and cilantro lime rice were yummy and the perfect compliment to thecarne asada. I also tried their pink mason jar (cranberry margarita) and it was super tasty. Don't miss this excellent localspot in Tomball!"

"I recently discovered just how delicious Red Robin is and I must say, it truly lives up to the hype. As a child, I had a fondness for their mini corn dog bites and I still think they are excellent. The Oreo milkshakes are a personal favorite of mine, made fresh with an extra serving in the mixer. The crispy chicken sandwich is incredibly tasty and the bottomless fries are a definite highlight. The Red Robin original seasoning at each table is a must-try. The service is quick, with convenient tablets for paying the check, and the atmosphere is adorned with modern art (some of which may be a bit too patriotic for some tastes). The only downside is that it is also a ghost kitchen, but this is a minor issue. Overall, I give Red Robin 5 stars for their great food and service."
