"I had a very disappointing experience on my first order. I ordered the combo enchiladas, which were supposed to come with one each of mole, salsa verde, and salsa roja, but instead, I received all salsa roja. My husband ordered pollo with mole, but there was no mole, no salad, and no beans. The service was terrible—I'd give it a zero. I called to speak with the manager, but the person on the line told me there was no one available to handle my complaint. He put me on hold to check if there was a problem in the kitchen, but then he hung up without saying anything."
