"Really beautiful hotel with a great location close to downtown. I found it a little strange that the check in wasn't on the first floor, but it wasn't too much of a hassle although sometimes, the elevators wouldn't work with the keycards. Bummer that they don't serve breakfast anymore due to covid, but I like that they still provided some provisions to take with you like cereal, oatmeal, juice and water. We were skipped a few times by housekeeping, and it took forever to get the towels and things we needed, but all in all we enjoyed our stay here. Pool can be used be reservation only, so it was nice getting to have the pool to yourself. I enjoyed the suite, and having a separate sort of living room was really nice too. It was a little noisy at night, and it felt like our windows were wide open lol. Not too bad of a price for the quality of the rooms and would definitely stay here again."
