"Went here on Thurs June 23rd around 715pm got the crunch wrap meal, personal pan meat lovers and breadsticks. I couldn't even finish the crunch wrap or taco as both were stale the cheese was congealed and it was lukewarm. Later that night I ended up with food poisoning lasting into Friday. Do not eat here very disappointed. My boyfriend got sick from there as well. The service is slow and the food is terrible. Go anywhere else."

"This restaurant does not prioritize customer service. They were out of Mexican Pizza and when I tried to order Quesadillas, they informed me that I couldn't pay with a credit card because their machines were not working, and I had to pay with cash. The lack of consideration for their customers was disappointing. I will not be returning to this location and will not be recommending it to my family or friends."

Asked for my usual Cheesy roll up steamed twice add sour cream), and while I was talking to a young man in the drive through she jumps on, and says we do not ever add anything to cheesy rolls ups. My immediate response is since when bc just yesterday in baltimore md i got one. she said it's against the rules....grumpy voice then asks if i want a side of sour cream or no cheesy roll up. well i guess when you say it sooooo nicely i take sloppy lefts and get the side of sour cream. welcome back nice boy with accent, so my sassy response is i guess she's done cutting me off.Well Teresa did not like that, as she jumps back on to say that no one was being rude, and i can just leave. I ask who the manager is, and she says well that is me...figures. When i ask for the number to corporate, she tells me that she is going to call the police if i do not leave the drive thru line. WOW wow wow wow wow wow wow.Her behavior is so controlling, and bullying that not one person would make eye contact with me when i pulled up at the window. Who is this woman? where did she come from? I know this can not be the first or last complaint as i scroll through all of these google reviews and would say 90% are terrible ones.Why do allow this store that has sooo much potential to be run down by a bully because that is what she is a bully.If you continue to leave her at this store she will surely make it a loss leader as you lost my $30bucks tonight, and will never see me there again.I suggest intense customer service training, as well as some anger management training. You might also consider some math classes as she is definitely not keeping you in the positive....Maybe she becomes your poster child for what is possible IDK but something needs to give. Maybe i make a tiktok that imitates what my experience was like in your store, and then people would say ohhh its a teresa ...maybe just maybe...."

"The Power Menu Bowl was incredible—it's like a fast food version of Chipotle! Please don’t get rid of it like you did with the Nacho Fries. I'm also really excited that the Nacho Fries are back. "I visited the restaurant today and filled my cup with Rootbeer. It tasted like there was very little syrup mixed in, so I asked the staff if the machine was working properly. The counter girl informed me that it was not working. I then tried filling my cup with lemonade, but it tasted really bad as well. When I asked about it, I was told that the lemonade was also out. I tried a third flavor, but it tasted off, so I decided to just throw my cup away and give up. It would have been helpful if they had put up a sign indicating which drinks were out of service. Additionally, the food seemed to have fewer ingredients compared to my past experiences. It's disappointing to see the decline in quality at Taco Bell. Unfortunately, it seems that nothing is going right in this country since Covid, so it may not just be Taco Bell experiencing these issues."

"On September 22, 2018, I ordered six soft taco supremes to go from a restaurant in Charlotte, Michigan. Unfortunately, all of the tacos were flat with minimal filling, and they were soaked with liquid and grease. Additionally, none of them had sour cream added. Two of the tacos were folded in half and crammed into the packaging, resulting in them being just 3 inches long and quite soggy. I also ordered two sets of nacho chips, which were placed upside down in the bag, causing them to spill all over the tacos. The cheese containers were only filled about one-third to half full. All of this cost me $17.30—what a disappointment!"

"The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the food was good. The staff working there was horrible. Both orders were wrong, so were everyone else’s. Had to wait way too long to get our food, but once we got the food, it was good. I was traveling, so I likely won’t be back. If I lived close by, I would skip this Taco Bell and go to Smithfield’s instead."

"The service at this Taco Bell is consistently poor. The employees are never at the counter or ready to assist. I discovered mold on my tortilla chips, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they seemed confused and did not offer any replacement chips or apologize. The lack of presence from the staff is concerning, as I witnessed three people waiting for service and eventually leaving because it appeared that no one was working. Overall, a disappointing experience."

"I had not had taco bell in over a year and decided to have a go. As I'm sitting in the drive thru (stuck in the drive thru as there is no where to go when you get in it) one of the employees opens the backdoor of the building and yells at us that theyare out of all beef. I thought it was a little strange to have an employee yell at the drive-thru from the back door like abunch of factory workers at lunch. I ordered a steak burrito as they said they had steak in place of beef, But I was toldsternly by the manager or someone in leadership role over the mic that I was not allowed to replace any other Items with steakthat had beef or they would run out too quickly which I thought was odd also since they had already run out of ground beef. Bythe time I got to the window I already felt unwanted there and a little nervous about how my food was going to come out sincethe energy I felt from the employees was that they did not want to be there and they were frustrated and over everything.Customers feel that, but unfortunately these days it's rare to go anywhere that you get good service. I received my items, thegirl at the window at least smiled at me. I got home and I had a BEAN AND RICE burrito. I waited in a line I was stuck in, wasyelled at twice, and paid for something I didn't even want. I was dissapointed as I don't eat here often. I guess fast foodwon't ever be he same as it used to be before Covid, because literally everyone feels entitled and no one cares about thequality of work or product they put out. I will continue buying local or cooking at home."

"Mobile ordered a crunchwrap Supreme combo and some tacos around 5 pm, 10-21-23 and I swear this crunchwrap was the most pitiful one I've ever eaten in my life, there was barely any meat on it at all, felt like I was eating nothing but tortilla, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Most of the tacos shells were also broken and the tacos were soggy. I will never go to this taco bell again because everytime I do they suck. Tighten up roanoke rapids taco bell!"

"It was late—actually, early in the morning—just before closing at 3 AM. I was really impressed by the professionalism, politeness, and efficiency of the service. The food was fresh and hot, which was a pleasant surprise. It's commendable how the third-shift employees at Taco Bell on March 3rd to 4th, 2024, maintained such a high standard right up to the end of their shift. I can only imagine how tired the two-person crew must have been at that hour, but they remained dedicated and professional until the very last order. "The service at this restaurant was very good! However, they forgot something in our order and when we tried to inform them, the server closed the door in our face. After reopening the door, we told her we didn't receive our drink, so she gave it to us but did not even wish us a nice day. "I’ve never had a negative comment here. But placed a mobile or got there and they said it will be 10-15 mins b/c a huge order was b4 me…that was fine. I waited 15 mins and went threw drive thru again and she checked me in. Then at window said the are out of sausage….the best thing they could have told me is out of sausage the first time I went thru drive true. Do you still want the order when they told me it would be 10-15 mins. I know it not the workers on today but what ever manger or how ever 1 didn’t order right amount of food that’s needed weekly and 2 didn’t tell employees to let customers know whatever they ordered on mobile app that they are out of. I thanked them for the order but this taco bell Managment needs to wake up. Some people who order sausage breakfast burritos don’t like bacon. Just thought I’d let you know!"

"In terms of Taco Bells, this location falls short of the standards expected from fast-food restaurants, if there are any standards at all. This Taco Bell is combined with a KFC and, at one point, a Pizza Hut, which results in service that is consistently much slower than it should be. The dining area is often dirty, and the condiment and utensil station is frequently out of stock. Drive-thru waits can take 15 to 20 minutes, and when you reach the pick-up window, employees seem preoccupied and unfriendly. I’ve visited many Taco Bells, and the staff here don’t take the time to properly present the food; burritos often fall apart. They also charge for a simple cup of water and tend to overfill drinks with ice. I’m not sure who is in charge here, but it appears that the managers are out of touch, with many lacking basic dental hygiene and appearing disengaged. There was one instance where I received decent service from a red-haired girl at the counter, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this particular Taco Bell/KFC."

"When the rude employee asked if we wanted no ice in two of our drinks, I clarified that we preferred no ice in all of them. I was more than willing to repeat myself on the intercom. However, they sighed aggressively when I reiterated my request and didn’t say anything afterward. Although we eventually received our drinks without ice, it took three people asking us what we needed before we got them. When I handed over the payment, the employee didn’t even acknowledge me when it was time to give my change. Fortunately, another friendly lady managed the situation well and helped wrap up our order. I recalled that when this location was a KFC/Taco Bell, the same rude employee had asked me, “Do you ever get tired of coming here?” in a condescending tone. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I won’t be returning to the one in Richfield, NC."

"A refreshing alternative to McDonald's, this restaurant is conveniently located next to KFC and offers ample parking. Our order was prepared quickly, although we had to wait about 15 minutes for the next person in line due to several food suppliers being present in the evening. The food was enjoyable and the prices were reasonable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I’ll definitely be returning!"
