"I 'm having to update my review. The food is good, you pay for the quality but it is good. The problem is that they are simply never open. Supposedly they 're open from 11 AM to 9 PM but this is in practice completely untrue. I 've gone over there at two and three in the afternoon and they 're closed down. I went in there once at 8 o 'clock and got shooed out at 830 because they want to go home. Tonight I went in there at 8:30 and was told they would not accept new orders because they close in 30 minutes. There was not a single human being eating in this restaurant. I truly feel that if they just cooked my food gave me my food and let me eat. They would 've still been out of there around 9:10 because I 'm just one person and I mean business is clearly not very good. Empty early on Friday. Seems like the employees prioritize leaving early way above customer satisfaction or working the hours they are assigned. Good food only takes you so far. I can never invite a date here because who knows if they 'll actually be open during the hours they 're supposed to be. They have food that 's delicious but the employees the truly seem to hate cooking. I 'm not sure if I 'll be back. I have no idea when they are actually serving food. You can 't go by the website because they love closing early and they go on these long two hour plus breaks random days in the afternoon. Went to Sybergs. They only serve their regular menu until 9 o 'clock. In 20 minutes their employees may be appetizer entrée dessert, and did not complain at all about the additional business. If I were the owner, I would speak with my staff about this. No matter how good your food is if you 're turning people away at 8:30 on a Friday night when your restaurant is totally empty during what should be the end of the dinner rush you 're losing money by the boatload. Sometimes part of being an adult is working your whole shift. If you restaurant closes at nine, that means you allow new customers in until 859. Then you lock the door take care of all the people that came in later in the evening and you leave around 10 after you 've cleaned up. On my way home from Sybergs at 9:50 I noticed the place was totally closed. All the cars were gone and the lights were turned out. They definitely had time to serve me my dinner. It 's just they didn 't want to. They want to leave at 9:00 every night. That 's a LOT of business they are saying no too."

"You know that saying, It 's the quiet ones you gotta look out for ? Because they just may surprise you. OR they 're cray cray and quietly plotting your demise. Hello, Joe on YOU...need I say more? So, what 's that gotta do with Roll N Noodle...well, nothing cray cray but this quiet, unassuming food stall inside Hankook Supermarket serves some BOMB Jaengban-jjajang. You would never think it with the generic name and no line, the times I 've visited Hankook. DON 'T overlook Roll N Noodle like I did because IMO, this is a hidden gem. Roll N Noodle is the sister eatery to Beijing Restaurant, serving Korean-Chinese fare and Americanized Japanese Sushi Rolls. They 're open for takeout, delivery UberEats), and indoor dining inside the Hankook Food Court. No outdoor tables. M E N U Korean-Chinese fare, Korean Poke, and Americanized Japanese Sushi Rolls. I ordered delivery via UberEats and my order was delivered in 20 minutes. And, it was impeccably packaged...I wish I took a pic. My order arrived in a catering tray inside a cardboard box for added support, and then secured inside a sturdy, knotted plastic bag with wrapped utensils. And, my name on the post-it note was actually spelled correct...for once. Not Shery, Sharolyn, or Cheeryln. F O O D Jaengban-jjajang: Stir-fried black bean noodles w/ pork belly, squid, and shrimp $19.95): I didn 't know that Roll N Noodle was related to Beijing Restaurant until I saw the accompanying chopsticks were branded with Beijing Restaurant . I didn 't have a good experience with their sister restaurant because the jjajang black bean) sauce there tasted different salty with pieces of dry, hard pork) so this totally caught me by surprise. The wheat noodles were thicccc and chewy, and coated in a rich, glossy, savory, and spicy jjajang sauce. Not overly salty and the slightly caramelized onions added a kiss of sweetness. They didn 't skimp on the bits of pork belly, tender squid tentacles, and firm shrimp. And, you get a huge portion that 's served with a side of cool+crunchy pickled radish. Great value with shrinkflation going on. I legit ate the leftovers cold in front of the fridge the next day. So deliciously satisfying! Overall, Roll N Noodle serves BOMB Jaengban-jjajang with huge portions and fast delivery. Now, if only they can sell goguma mattang, the complimentary Korean candied sweet potato they give out for dessert at their sister restaurant to get carb wasted...in a good way of course!"
