"I ordered delivery from Pizza King last Friday, placing my order at 6 PM. When I called for an update at 7:15 PM, I found out that they hadn't even started preparing my order yet, and it would take at least another hour and a half. Frustrated and with a hungry two-year-old who couldn't wait any longer, I decided to cancel the order. The total for the pizza, sandwich, and tip came to $55, and I was still charged for it. Nearly a week has passed, and I still haven't received a refund. When I've called to inquire, I've been told both times that "they're busy." I've always loved Pizza King, but with their inflated prices and poor service, I'm really disappointed."
