"The Good: They have gluten free options; the owner is friendly and responsive to requests, the place is clean and has a good look to it, the meatball sliders were fantastic, and the ceasar salad was good. The Bad: Limited wine list, the servers are rushed and non-perceptive, Server didn't explain specials, or Happy Hour (so we missed out), dropped of bread with no explanation of the dipping sauce, Chicken marsala was bland. The chicken was sauteed perfectly, but the sauce was non-existent. I was craving garlic, basil and the sweet taste of marsala wine, but could barely identify any of those ingredients. Overall we were disappointed. The staff need to improve their interaction with the customers. We may return, but it's unlikely."

"We hadn't eaten here for many years, and unfortunately, we will not do so in the future. The restaurant was dirty and obviously in need of cleaning and a general refresh. Our table felt sticky and slimy, and I noticed one with a vinyl tablecloth with huge holes. Service was adequate, but the waiter did not offer drink refills or check to see if the food was OK, and it was not terribly busy. The food was a huge disappointment. The bread was terrible, and out of six meals, only one was tasty and enjoyable, and we are not an extremely picky family. It is sad to see how far this formerly nice restaurant has become a place to avoid."

"This was our first time at spaghetti warehouse. The host asked us upon entering if it was ok that we were sat in the trolley. Of course that was fine with us! The environment was so much fun! Everyone seemed very happy. There was even a wedding rehearsal taking place in the back. Our food was great. The service on the other hand, not very good. Once she took our order it was like pulling teeth to get her to come back to the table. I did not get a refill until she brought the check. I had all of the dishes stacked for someone to grab as they walked by but no one ever did take them. We ordered a lot of food so I needed boxes to take some home. I figured at the least she would grab the dishes when she brought the boxes. I was wrong. There was not even room for her to set the boxes down so she just handed them to me and walked away. With those boxes she brought us the dessert we ordered to go. They were out of what my son ordered so she just took it upon herself to bring him something different instead of asking if that was ok. To put the left overs in the boxes I had to move the empty dishes to another table. Overall the food was great but if I go back and she walked up to take my order I would just leave. I did let the host know on my way out. I hate being that person but the problem can’t be fixed if they don’t know."

"Horrible. Service was good but she had no actual culinary experience as in knowing how something should be made or appear. The salad came on a warm plate but other than that it was a standard side salad albeit warm. The soup. It is on the menu listed as Italian Wedding soup. However in reality what it is, is watered down chicken noodle (broken spaghetti noodles) w a very little hint of spinach and a few meatballs thrown in. It literally has chicken chunks in it. Bland and horrible!! The waitress admitted they changed the pasta in it. Then came the entree. Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti. Tasteless, bland, and cold. Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE."

"It's good food at a reasonable price. Man, I am surprised at all the bad reviews on here. We had family that moved from Tulsa to Dallas over a year ago, and whenever they come to visit this is one of the places that they miss going to! Sure, it's not the best Italian ever, but the dishes are good, and the prices are reasonable. I had the chicken marsala last night and it was a good, thick, hearty sauce, with plenty of mushrooms which I enjoyed, and angel hair pasta. The waitress was very attentive and always made sure that we got refills on our water and Dr. Pepper quickly. I have also had their chicken dish with lemon and artichokes and sun dried tomatoes, and that was very good too...read more"

"Food quality and choices have drastically declined over the past decade. Grew up with this local favorite restaurant. Hoping the revitalization of the neighborhood around there will drive the quality of food back up. Example: I have always loved Bruschetta and always get it whenever at an Italian restaurant. It used to be nice bread slices with the tomatoes and seasoning. Now it is soft chips and a scoop of dipping "salsa". Now their bread has not changed a bit. It's still the best sourdough I have ever had including in San Francisco"

"Well let me start off first by saying to each their own. This review is long overdue since we had our wedding reception one month ago on February 18, 2017. We have been meaning to write a review but also wanted to include pictures. We spoke to the manager Laura and she informed us of the banquet menu which had very reasonable pricing, a great selection and which rooms that we could use (there are two) one room is completely private and the other semi-private other guests can see you. Laura was very understanding and helpful as well as the staff who would direct my call to her. We booked the private room which was able to hold approx. 100 or so guests. Since no one booked that room the night before we were able to decorate it as we pleased, bring a speaker in for music, and also come in through the side door since I had my wedding dress and my husband had tux. All other guests were able to leave out the door as well but enter through the main lobby. Overall the food was great! as well as the service and Laura made us feel welcome and the staff were very attentive. We had about 14 adults and 7 kids and everything worked out perfectly. We couldn't be happier and were very glad we went with Spaghetti warehouse. Thank you to Laura and the other managers who were on call and to all the staff for being on top of their game in helping us and making sure we had everything we needed. "Called about 1:00 to let them know I was bringing a birthday party of 10-12 at 6:30 Monday 3/14. Wanted to make sure they had staff and I could bring in a cake. I was told sure for both questions. We get there at 6:25 and were told there was a 30 min wait. It turned out to be 45. We were seated and again we waited. About 20 minutes for our drinks, then another 10 for bread. People came in, sat, ate, and left all while we waited. Lots of call ins were rushed out before we were taken care of. 20 more minutes our order was taken. 20 more for salads, then another 40 for our food.The sweet waitress did try to help. Food finally arrives. 2 orders wrong. Chicken fettuccine without chicken, so he was brought a bowl of chicken. Food was warm, not hot. My chicken picatta was pretty good. This was my brothers 60 birthday and it was so bad. If you cant handle or dont have the staff just say so. Only the waitress ever apologized for anything. Very disappointed. You should not put take out orders or small tables before those that had been waiting. 3 hours of my life I will never get back."

"Great place to dine in for italian food and relax with family. This place takes it up a notch from olive garden when it comes to their dishes and atmosphere. When u first sit down u see a whole lot white sheets of paper covering the table so you can draw on it. Great if u like to color(kid or adult) but not mandatory. Pepperoni bread is awesome as an appetizer and is better than most places because the pepperoni bread is not extra doughy like others. No complaints when eating here when it comes to service.Vegetarian options: Cook to order"

"To make matters worse, there was no lasagna available, despite the menu being primarily focused on lasagna. We were informed that we would have to wait 45 minutes for it to be prepared. Some of us ordered coffee, only to be told that there was no coffee at all in the restaurant—not just insufficient coffee, but none at all. Fortunately, the manager eventually managed to find some coffee for us. I ordered the chicken Alfredo since there was no lasagna. Unfortunately, the chicken was very dry and the noodles were all clumped together. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"This is my first time at zio's and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We went on a Friday evening around 6. The temperature outside was 100 plus, we did not notice the note on the door stating that they had no AC until we was on our way out the door. We were seated we complained to each other about the heat but we chose to stay so cannot continue to complain but it was very uncomfortable I really wish we would have left at that point. The service went downhill from there. It took us over an hour and a half to eat and get out of that place and that was way too much time in there. I don't know if everyone was just moving slow because it was so hot but we didn't even get to order our food until 30 minutes after being seated. We chose to stay! bad decisions!! I will have to come back to see if it is better. so the food was mediocre I got a lasagna my friend she got some chicken pasta. Although I do feel like a salad should be included with your dinner."

"my wife and I come to Texas to visit family regularly and on a previous trip we stumbled over spaghetti warehouse. we went blind, knew nothing about it and were pleasantly surprised so that we went back immediately. we're here early so they weren't busy. our waiter was excellent, very personal and helpful. I had the spaghetti this time, but also the 15 layer lasagne that is excellent. my wife got the combo, in this case with penne rustica and the above lasagne. only complain, they can not get the penne rustica by themselves, only as part of the combo. that is her favorite, but it made my darling happy when we sent him the lasagne to the house! overall we are very satisfied with this restaurant. we thought the prices were reasonable, a lot of variety on the menu, and excellent service. (I wish I could remember the names of our waiter, he was excellent! we recommend it without delay."

"I think the food here is fabulous. Most of the servers are good and hardworking. Some of them are so rude that people ask not to be sat in their sections and they will yell at the host for simple mistakes in front of customers. Management is scarcely seen and will not check in on you like other places. Kid-friendliness: This place is definitely kid friendly.
