"I am writing to express my concern regarding the seating arrangement during our recent visit on 2/1. Despite arriving promptly at 7:00 PM with a confirmed reservation, we were seated directly in the pathway of the kitchen, utensil station, and plating area. There were other tables available as well. The table for four in this location does not seem suitable for dining, as it created an uncomfortable experience for our party of three. Although I chose not to sit in the booth, I found the proximity of plates not belonging to us uncomfortably close to my head. My friend seated closest to the plating station also felt this discomfort. Additionally, the constant clinking of utensils and plates, combined with frequent disturbances from passing patrons accidentally kicking our chairs, made it difficult to enjoy our meal. We appreciate the efforts of your staff and understand that space constraints can sometimes be challenging. However, we hope you will reconsider the use of this particular seating area to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests. The food was okay. As previous patrons, I enjoy the food much more on the weekdays when the kitchen and staff are not overwhelmed.
