"Don’t let the pictures fool you! This food was awful. Their answer, “ we had a party of 20 come in”. It is rare that I do tip less that 30% . This wasn’t worth 30 cents. I had to spit the food into a napkin. Flat out terrible. 6/26 Edit: I’ve added a photo of what was left on my plate, a photo of my scallops, the remaining food on my plate and your online photo. I wasn’t upset about the table and yes, I offered your hostess $100 to see if we had truly been preempted. If you think it was about the money, you missed the point. I was, however, surprised to learn it was the owners call, and once I knew that it was “owners prerogative”. That said, I did not need to have my good nature “bribed” with a cheap glass of wine, an ok mojito, and a beer. Maybe, there was an appetizer. I just don’t like cold/warm food, an extremely long wait for dinner, scallops that were “as I previously stated”, and a $350 check, with a 20% automated gratuity, that would have been higher had it been left off, in spite of the underperforming food quality. We decided to try your restaurant again after a C performance last year, because my folks would bring us here when we were kids. We’re in town for their funeral, so I thought I bring my wife and son. He can leave his own review if he chooses, but I will say he didn’t eat his steak. Mine is not a “Fake Review” as you stated. I’ve never left a fake review. Generally, they are good. So, I’ll get on with the life you seem to think I don’t have and chalk up your response to my understanding you must care about your restaurant. I’d suggest you look inward before taking pot shots at unhappy customers."
