"The server was excellent today. However, I don't want to put his name in this comment so that the negative rating does not affect him. As for the manager not that good. 5 stars for the server, 2 stars for mgmt. Each time I have been in there in the past few months, the utensils came with dried old food on them. I repeatedly, typically 3 times, have to ask for clean utensils. By the third round, and long wait times, I'll get clean utensils. Additionally, they charged extra for gluten-free noodles but I was not informed about it until I received the bill. The price of the menu item already includes noodles, so there should not be an extra charge for gluten-free since I'm not receiving the regular noodles that I'm already charged for. If there is an upcharge, today at 21%, and there should never be one, then they should inform the customer ahead of time, not as a surprise on the bill. The added frustration is that usually, except today, the salad comes on a small plate that is only half-full and thinly spread-out. They really cheap-out on the lettuce that comes with the meal. After spending too much time dealing with these issues of today and in the past, the manager came over and did offer a free dessert. Since I don't eat sugar I passed on that offer but asked for a cup of soup instead. To my surprise, the soup came in a very tiny container that is similar to what condiments such as mustard or mayonnaise comes in when ordering food to-go, instead of what the usual cup of soup comes in. Playing that kind of game was the last straw. They have lost a customer. They've been given so many opportunities to right the wrongs, but they blew it."

"Visited Primo's for my birthday in October. Primo's is sort of tucked away in a strip mall in Yukon (the same one where Sprouts is located) and truth be told, I honestly didn't expect much. So happy to say I was wrong! Right off the bat, the restaurant is much larger than it appears from the outside, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, when you open the door, you're greeted with such lovely Italian scents and smells, I was hungry immediately. Even though it was a Sat night, and the restaurant appeared full, we were seated pretty quickly in a nice booth, and brought the traditional fresh bread roll with balsamic and italian spiced olive oil. Our waitress, Cassidy, was attentive and easy to talk to. She gave good advice on the specials and what was going very well that night. Prices are moderate to a little more expensive (some of their extensive menu is pictured). We started with the Spinach Dip and breadsticks, which was okay, but my heart was already set on my entree!! I had the Eggplant Piccatta w/angel hair side (pictured), and hubby had the Cajun Chicken Alfredo. Both dishes were EXCELLENT, with generous portions...enough to take home. Honestly, one of the things I noticed was the excellent service the wait staff provided to those around us during our dinner. In fact, our poor waitress, Cassidy, had burned her hand while waiting on us...yet we never experienced any lag time or reduction in service; others jumped right in to take care of us and we never knew there had been a problem. I was very impressed with the service and commended the staff. When our meal was finished, we were offered complimentary tea drinks for the ride home. I cannot stress how GREAT our dining experience was at Primo's, and I can't wait to go back soon!!"
