"I want to start by acknowledging the owner for their prompt response to my previous review, where they expressed their commitment to improving customer service. The food was good, and I'm open to giving them another chance in the future.
We decided to visit this restaurant based on the positive reviews since our usual spot is closed on Sundays. However, I was puzzled by the staff's demeanor when we arrived first thing in the morning at 11 AM, which is a typical early lunch time. They had already served one customer before us, and we were easy to please, simply ordering without any modifications to make the process smoother.
Unfortunately, the two staff members on duty on September 4, 2022, didn't seem very pleased to be working that day—especially the one wearing glasses. There was no smile, and the overall atmosphere made it feel as though our presence was an inconvenience because we ordered a few poke bowls and a sushi burrito that my daughter was eager to try. My kids were well-behaved and quiet, which makes this experience even more puzzling. 
I understand everyone has bad days, but as someone who has worked in the same industry, I believe that it’s important not to project those feelings onto customers. I left feeling disappointed with the level of customer service we received."
