"we were not in bittersweet since it reopened with evening hours. it was a very pleasant surprise. the place is so beautifully decorated and has a warm and cozy feeling for it. the service that was placed on our table was excellent. the waiter visited our needs, made great recommendations on the menu and I was pretty sure it was also a bit cooking. we were a table of four women and shared about five or six different elements from the menu. the portions were plentiful and we enjoyed every dish we ordered. above all the cheeseboard and the Buffalo chicken dip! the waiter surprised us with a small teller lemon sorbet for each of us after the check was presented. it was a very nice pleasure and appreciated by us all. we will return to bittersweet!"

"Terrible experience. We made a reservation for New Year’s Eve dinner and were assigned a table that was very uncomfortable for 3 people. We requested a change and were explained that all tables were reserved. Lie: during the entire night most tables were empty. The service was awful: we had to request silverware and were given plastic forks and knives. There were no spoons for the soup and had to request them too.
