"Thank you for a wonderful fine dining experience. A visit to your restaurant was long overdue for us. I still remember when it first opened. We moved away, but we recently returned to town for a Lunar New Year celebration. Making our dinner reservations online was a breeze. The restaurant is lovely and welcoming. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We received a warm greeting as we entered.
I ordered the salmon entré, which was cooked to perfection. Normally, I don't eat the skin on salmon, but it was so deliciously crunchy that I finished every bite. I'm an accomplished cook, but the way the chef prepared the fennel exceeded my expectations—simply the best fennel I've ever had. The same goes for my lychee martini, which had delightful little bits of lychee in it. It was fantastic.
My husband, who is Italian and quite a discerning foodie, thoroughly enjoyed his meal as well. We will definitely be back. You hit it out of the park with my dish! My only dilemma now is whether to try something else on the menu next time or to stick with the same fantastic meal. That’s really the best kind of dilemma!"
