"The spiders are out of control. It is sad that I find myself writing a poor review for Jim’s because it has been one of my favorite soft-serve ice cream stands for years. I took out-of-town visitors there in July, only to find that the entire place had been overrun by spiders. I’m talking about something like 1000 spiders or more, running around on webs over every square inch of the ceiling and under the picnic tables. Anyone standing in line was within a few feet of dozens of spiders above their head. We couldn’t sit at the tables because our legs would’ve been in the middle of spiderwebs full of spiders. Our guests took it well, such as they could, but I was wishing I had not brought them there. I was about to try again today, but checked reviews first and found that people have been complaining about the spiders since then up until just three days ago. So apparently it has not been addressed in the two months since I was there with my guests. In addition, the workers on the job that night were so distracted by the conversations they were having with each other that they were very slow and not paying proper attention to the customers, even though there was a line of people waiting. I hope they fix these problems because I would really like to go back in the future."
