"Jason was rude and discourteous during our visit. We ordered food but never received it, although we were given a complimentary meal. When closing time came, instead of being politely informed to leave the pool area, Jason yelled at us to finish our food. This was the first time we were approached about vacating, and to make matters worse, our food took an hour and a half to arrive, coming just as the pool was closing. We spoke with Natalie about our experience, but she dismissed our concerns, claiming that Jason didn’t intend to be rude. However, other guests corroborated our feelings, stating that Jason is often unpleasant. On a positive note, the pool itself was fantastic, with great vibes, but the customer service left much to be desired."
