"Recently, I took my wife there for dinner because she enjoys steak (which I don't). She had to wait 15 minutes in line to pay, as a busload of customers created a long queue and only one cashier was available. Where was the manager, who usually helps with cashing out? I couldn't find one. The dinner menu was just a duplicate of the lunch menu, with the exception of steak, but it cost significantly more than what we typically pay for lunch.
We eventually grew tired of the disappointing menu and lack of support, so we decided to stop dining there. There are plenty of better options in Crestview than Ryan's and their subpar meals. - KennDiann"
