"On a more positive note, the restaurant usually offers a decent vegetarian option, and I chose the grilled eggplant with pasta this time. Unfortunately, I couldn’t even tell if the eggplant was genuinely grilled, as it was overwhelmed by a strong vinegar or pickling flavor. I ended up pushing it aside and just eating the pasta. Once again, this was a missed opportunity for the waitstaff to notice that something was off.
Their cocktails are decent, and some of the sides and starters can be good too, though there’s a lack of consistency—sometimes you might love the mushrooms, and other times wonder if you ordered the same dish. This was our third visit, and unfortunately, each experience has been slightly worse than the last, making it likely our final trip. It’s disappointing that it happened on my wife’s birthday, but at least it’s an event we won’t forget."
