"I ordered the Spicy Beef Chimichanga, which came with sour cream, cheese, guacamole, lettuce, pico de gallo, and was topped with salsa verde, but without the red cabbage. I paid a lot for extras here, and I ended up with this disappointing dish."

"I lived in Houston for 36 years and was a regular at the original Cadillac Bar and Restaurant. Although the Vegas Cadillac is good, it's doesn't compare with the original.Having said that, the food is good. The cheese enchiladas with chili gravy were very good. The fajita nachos were excellent, and the Mexican burger was outstanding.However, although the carnitas were tasty, they weren't pulled apart, they were more chopped/shredded into small pieces which caused them to be on the dry side.Overall, a great place to dine at a reasonable price. We enjoyed it."

"All good until you get to the fries. Like why would you serve that greasy lump of stuck together fries? Due diligence is not that hard and someone should take on some form of quality control because serving gray fries balled up screams dont come back and I shant."
