"I heard Stonewood Tavern Peabody was refining their app menu in prep for next week 's start of their 1/2 price apps special on Tuesday nights, so my BIL Jay, and I decided to head on over and eat our way through the app menu and wash it all down with some local brews! We were actually pleasantly surprised, not having any high expectations. A varied selection, including many sharable options, from a slider trio to wings to crab cakes to flatbreads were all very consistent and tasty! I was actually impressed with their mussels, as they were unexpectedly good for a spot not specifically known for seafood. A few points off since they missed the toast to dip in the broth, but no biggie! Crab cakes actually had a great consistency and topped with an excellent corn salsa that complimented the dish really well."
