"Inside, the atmosphere is typical of many bars, filled with sports memorabilia and drink advertisements. The layout is a bit peculiar, with just about eight tables and four booths, which made the experience feel somewhat uncomfortable for reasons I can't quite pinpoint. During our visit, there was only one server managing the lunch rush, and he seemed overwhelmed.
As for the food, the pizza wasn't terrible, but the buffet featured a pretty standard salad bar and a small selection of pizzas. When we visited, there were six pizzas on display, and the ones I tried were only lukewarm at best. However, I did appreciate that they brought out three more pizzas while we were there, which showed they were trying to keep the selection fresh.
Overall, it didn't live up to my friend's rave reviews, which left me feeling a bit let down. Nevertheless, at $16 for two lunch buffets, we got decent value for our money."
